Training continues on Tuesday nights at 7p.m from The B-Hive.Additional nights are Thursday nights from Currys Carpark at Skegness at 7p.m and also Thursday nights at the B-hive also.
Tuesday nights and Thursday nights at Skegness involve runs of between 30mins and one hour.
Thursday nights at The B-Hive is a conditioning training night,consisting of flexibility work,strenght work and cardio work indoors,but does not involve any road running.
